Challenge
KTI partnered with a utility company in Western Ontario to supply and install a full AMI Network throughout the utility’s service area.
Approach
KTI provided a complete AMI solution including project management, integration services, network deployment, software deployment, and onsite training services.
Results
The project was completed in June of 2024, and the utility is now able to read all meters and SmartPoints throughout their service territory on a daily basis at the push of a button. The utility is also now able to offer an increased level of customer service, and proactively address water issues throughout the service area.
