Challenge
A customer initiated a formal maintenance program for their electrofusion equipment tools, specifically targeting processors, scrapers, and clamps.
Approach
KES has historically supported customers with tool repairs and calibrations. To assist with the new maintenance program, we began tracking detailed logs and inventory reports. To reduce downtime, KES mobilized to customer yards and contractor facilities across Ontario, minimizing the impact on construction productivity.
